Our Process.

Proposal Accepted.

Initial contact made via email to let us know about your project. Next step will be a face-to-face meeting at your home. If it seems like a good fit, and once there is a clear understanding of what you want and need, we will bring our entire team through to see the project and provide firm pricing.

Once our proposal is accepted, we will provide referrals to experts who will assist in getting everything in place before your project starts — from carpet to lumber to windows and roofing. We want everything to be as clear as possible, ordered and ready to go when we begin the work.

Based on material and labor lead-times, we will add you to our schedule. Depending on the size and complexity of your project (and our prior commitments) we can schedule your project to start between 30 to 90 days from the time we decide to move forward together.
