North River Forest Gut Renovation

Sometimes all the character has been stripped from old houses and the owners are left with a blank slate and decision of whether to re-create the old or imagine the new. In this case the house was re-imagined for today's lifestyle. Walls were removed for a complete open floor plan, a three bedroom house with a tandem became a four bedroom house with a primary suite, the house went from side entry to front entry and even the color of the brick  was completely changed. A transformation to modern, happy, sunny house.
